Existing or Desktop Users
The Console can be used to manage both Research and Estimates Entitlements. Users can access the Console by using one of the following logins:
- Workspace
- MyAccount
Register
Non Desktop Users
- Please click 'Register' to sign up using 'MyAccount'
- Once Registered, please return to this page, and click ‘Login’ for access

New URL
Please note there is a new URL for the Client Research Management Console: https://crmc.research.lseg.com
Users should use the above URL going forward, as the previous address will be decommissioned on 1 January 2025.
New Reporting SFTP Host
If you are currently sending entitlement or readership reports to the SFTP host site sftp://ftp.management.research.refinitiv.com this will be changing to sftp://ftp.management.research.lseg.com.
Please whitelist both of the following IP's before 1 January 2025 to ensure you can connect to the site:
164.57.211.61
159.220.33.95
The site will only accept connection via Port 22.
